Friday Night
10pm Torchlight Tourney
Saturday
10:30 to 11:30 – Auths and inspections
11:30- Speed Tourney Followed by:
* Melee’s
* Bridge
* Castle
and many more fun and different layouts
* There ARE siege weapons in battles
Youth Heavy Fighting:
10:30am Tournament followed by practice/drills as long as there is interest.
No Public Showers
Be aware, this is more of a true primitive camping event as there are no on-site showers. So grab the solar bag and or the Zodi and toss it in with you camping gear!
Fencing
Please note this is a Tentative schedule and may change… keep watching for up dates and a final schedule.
Sat
9am to 10:30am….Armor checks, new authorizations, pick-up fights
10:30am to 12pm….Bull Fights
12pm to 1:30pm….additional authorizations, more pick-up fights, break for lunch
1:30pm to 4pm….Featured Tournament (Shifting Sands)
Childrens Activities
A free-formed activity center will be available from 11am to 4pm for all children and parents in the A&S Hall.
- Painting
- color pages and black pages
- Blocks
- Crafts
There will be face painting and more… offered throughout the day for all children. Also, some children’s classes will be available Topics and Times TBA
Bards
Friday night- No $%&* there i was stories
Saturday- Singing on the side of the field and in the A&S Hall to inspire your warriors, make ladies sigh, and to entertain all.
Sat at Feast to entertain and inspire fun
Sat night- around the circle for a fun filled night!
Hound Coursing

Archery
Equipment inspections will start Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Camping
Camping is free, not additional cost for enjoying the great outdoors!
There is lots of camping space available and we hope that you will join us as we will be celebrating this Dream of ours together both Friday and Saturday Night.

5:00 Marshalls arrive, settle in. Site open to horses.

5:00-6:00 Authorizations (by appointment), practice

Saturday
8:30 Aethelmearc Equestrian Authorizations (by appointment only)
9:00 Mandatory Riders meeting for all equestrians. Be sure to hand in TYPED blurb for herald in procession!
10:00 Procession
11:00-1:00 Games, IKEqC
2:00-4:00 Challenge Course: Quest for the Sylver Apple
Sunday
All hands help breakdown
All horses off site by noon
